| i recently got rear ended by a person who fled the scene, but was later caught 3 hours after the accident...he didn't have insurance so USAA tried to take care of things. i tried calling my adjuster (deena garrett) for about a week and a half and she never answered. i also left voice messages and she never bothered to call me back. one day i was calling the directory(two weeks already) and she happened to answer and she seemed surprised that i told her she was my adjuster. she gives me another run around that i have to send another police report to them...ive sent it two weeks ago and she has not gotten back to me nor does she answer my phone calls my estimator estimated damage to be $1111. he didn't even bother to put replacing license plate even though it was all messed up and my tow hooks. also my exhaust had gotten missaligned with my right muffler pushed in...he did not put that in the estimate also. my deductible was $500. USAA is crap when you are their customer. it's only when you are hit by someone else that they are nice. point - they are crap! im switching to something better!
